At the invitation of the Hi-Tech Industry Department of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Researcher Liu Guoyan of the Institute of Economic Research and Deputy Director Luo Rong of the Department of Research Planning and Management took part in “2017 Business Startups and Innovation in China (Changchun)” to interpret relevant policies for bases for startups and innovation and newly-established firms. The event was hosted by NDRC, China Association for Science and Technology and the People’s Government of Jilin Province and organized by the People’s Government of Changchun City.
Liu, at the “Policy Interpretation for 2017 Business Startups and Innovation in China (Changchun) – Symposium on Development of Bases for Business Startups and Innovation” that was held on September 7, made a detailed explanation for over 100 bases for business startups and innovation, enterprises and public institutions as well as mid- small and micro businesses in Changchun on the background, main contents, implementation rules and successful cases related to policies on business startup and innovation in China.
Deputy Director Luo Rong, at the “Mentor Tour of 2017 Business Startups and Innovation in China (Changchun) – Special Report on Innovative Development of Business Startups” that was held on September 8, interpreted relevant policies in an all-around way for business startups by using timeline panel, spatial map and policy system diagram. The event attracted over 100 persons from business startups related to life science, traditional Chinese medicine, agriculture, science and technology and business incubators in Changchun.
