Energy of China is under the administration of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and run by the NDRC Energy Research Institute. It is a high-level monthly academic journal published both at home and abroad regarding the national energy field.
Energy of China started publication in 1978. Its purpose is to disseminate guidelines and policies of the Chinese energy field, pay close attention to macro decisions, reflect the latest research achievements, discuss the reform of state-owned energy enterprises and the operational experience of listed companies, promote energy-related new technologies and products, spread energy market information, etc.
Energy of China is one of China’s core science & technology journals; a core academic periodical of RCCSB (Research Center for China Science Evaluation); a source periodical of the Chinese Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database; a periodical with full text published online by “WANGFANG DATA—Digital Periodical Group”; a periodical collected into Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database; an excellent periodical for implementation of CAJ-CD Regulations; a source periodical of Russia’s Abstract Journal (AJ); and one of the first-batch academic journals approved in 2014 by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of the People's Republic of China.
